You are invited to attend a neighborhood meeting that has been scheduled to introduce a project proposed at 528 B Street, Santa Rosa. The meeting is scheduled as follows:
Project Description: Proposal to redevelop the parcel located at 528 B Street in the St. Rose Preservation District into a 5-story Mixed Use developed comprised of commercial tenant office space (ground floor) and 24 Multi-family residential apartments (floors 2-5) with floor plans ranging from studio to 2-bedroom units.; File No. PRAP18-122

Meeting Location: 637 First St (Large Conference Room), Santa Rosa
The applicant will be at the meeting to answer questions about the project and a City representative will be present to answer questions about the City’s participation and development review process.
The project file is available for public review in Room 3 at City Hall (100 Santa Rosa Avenue). The Planning and Economic Development Department is open Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Wednesdays from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to Noon.
