EARTH DAY ON STAGE – THIS SATURDAY!
SATURDAY, April 23, 12-4pm
Join Santa Rosa for the 7th Annual Earth Day Festival Downtown. This fun, FREE, and family-friendly Festival is a great way to inspire awareness and build community through environmental protection. Don’t miss this opportunity to enjoy great food, live performances, local and earth friendly products, and eco-friendly crafts and activities for kids.
Getting There: All attendees are encouraged to walk, bike, or take CityBus. Free and secure bike parking will be provided by the Sonoma County Bicycle Coalition.
Santa Rosa Recreation & Parks will showcase local performing arts with live performances OnStage in Courthouse Square throughout the day.
OnStage Performance Schedule:
- 12:30pm – 24 Karat Brass, Brass Quintet
- 1:15pm – H-Town Youth Theater, Young Actors Perform
- 2:00pm – Redwood Empire Chinese Association, Dragon Dance
- 2:45pm – Chalk Board Players, Themed Theater for Children
- 3:30pm – Sonoma County Taiko, Japanese Drumming
Earth Day OnStage offers a delightful variety of green activities for our community. Participants will be inspired to learn about green resources, including how to get involved with local environmental organizations. Attendees 21 and older are invited to enjoy the beer and wine garden featuring local brews and wines. Local food vendors will offer an assortment of tasty eats. Community members are also encouraged to enjoy live performances OnStage and explore and create in the kids’ eco-activity area.
