Michele Anna Jordan, local foodie maven and Press Democrat food columnist will make a guest appearance this Sunday. She’ll share her wisdom about the most critical component in any salad: its dressing. She’ll demonstrate recipes from her book, Vinaigrettes & Other Dressings: 60 Sensational recipes to Liven Up Greens, Grains, Slaws, and Every Kind of Salad, using market fresh products. Tastings, books and autographs will be available.

Also DeTurk Round Barn will be open to view. Location: Donahue Street between W. 9th & W. 8th St.
