To Neighboring Property Owners and Interested Parties:

The Zoning Administrator will hold a public meeting to decide whether to approve or disapprove a Landmark Alteration Permit application on Thursday, November 21, 2013, at or after 10:30 a.m. in Room 7, City Hall, 100 Santa Rosa Avenue, Santa Rosa.  The public is invited to attend and/or comment.

Project Description: The removal of two small rooms on the back side of the home, removal of an exterior door along the north elevation, installation of lighting with motion sensors along the north elevation, and installation of a new gate at the rear entrance of the property. Some of the work has been completed without the benefit of permits; that work is included in this project review. Applicant: Kevin Konicek

West End Neighborhood Meeting, Nov. 21st Thursday 7 p.m.

The West End Neighborhood Association Fall meeting will have guest speakers Craig Anderson, Landpaths and Sgt. Brad Conners, SRPD. There will be updates and discussion on  the proposed street closures in the West End. An important function of the West End Neighborhood Association is to make it possible for neighbors to get together, discuss issues and communicate. The West End Farmers Market- Every Sunday- 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. until Dec. 15th
