Description: As a condition of their city permit for the Homeless Service Center (HSC) at 600 Morgan Street, Catholic Charities meets with our neighborhood 4x/year. These meetings provide neighbors with an opportunity to discuss any issues they may be experiencing as a result of the 600 Morgan Street Service Center and to hear updates on the HSC and other programs for the homeless handled by Catholic Charities. Representatives from the Santa Rosa City Council and the Police Department are usually in attendance. All interested parties are welcome.

This show includes current interpretations, as well as artistic representations of musicians both naturalistic and symbolic. MEDIEVAL TO METAL: THE ART & EVOLUTION OF THE GUITAR

This traveling exhibition is organized by the National Guitar Museum. On display are approximately 40 instruments ranging from the rare and antique to the wildly popular and innovative. This exhibition explores all facets of the world’s most popular instrument, from its history as an instrument of popular culture over the past four hundred years to modern efforts to reinvent the guitar with different materials, shapes, and approaches to design. Exhibit on display through September 4.

Coming June 21, an evening walk of the SRJC campus and guided discussion of historic buildings. The evening promises to be an informative, enjoyable occasion of nostalgia and historical information for SRJC alumni and friends of this soon-to-be 100 year-old jewel of education.
