speed limit of 25 miles per hour on Morgan Street from Third Street to Ninth Street, establish a speed limit of 25 miles per hour on Morgan Street from Ninth Street to College Avenue. This change should take place in the next 90 days.
GREEN PAVEMENT MARKINGS FOR BIKE LANES
Council voted to add green pavement markings to bike lanes at busy intersections with high bicycle and automobile volumes. At the present time there are no such installations around the city. In consultation with the Bike and Pedestrian Advisory Board (BPAB), the city is evaluating and considering various candidate locations to gradually install such green lanes around the city, which should benefit the cyclists by bringing more attention to potentially high conflict areas.
